I bought my Cavalier here a couple months ago and he is healthy, happy and a beautiful example of a Cavie. It took me two hours to decide on getting him, plus complications with my bank and everyone was nice and helpful. He had been there for a couple months but was obviously well socialized and cared for. While I was there employees were cleaning cages, feeding and playing with the puppies. Also a plus, all breeders are listed so I was able to look up his origins before purchase
I got a beautiful Golden Retriever, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. They had many goodies that came with my furbaby, they really want to make sure your new puppy is happy, healthy and well behaved. I was skeptical at first when i heard about lifetime training but Gonzalo has been super helpful since day 1. Thank you so much CT breeder! You've made our family so happy!
I got a maltipoo puppy from here and man he has changed my life!! He is so sweet and learned fast thanks to their free training. I completely recommend getting a puppy here. I also bring Hibachi for grooming once and week and he always looks so good!
I have had dogs my entire life and have been to many puppy stores, adoption events, shelters. I have NEVER been so disgusted with a place. We were looking at the puppies, which by the way were poorly taken care of and had feces matted into their fur, and were conversing with the ONE other customer that was there. We mentioned that we had seen two Siberian Husky siblings earlier in the day but felt bad separating them and couldn’t take on two puppies, so we continued our search. AT NO POINT IN TIME DID WE MENTION THE NAME OF ANY OTHER PUPPY STORE OR SAY ANYONE SHOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A DOG. (We honestly should not even be contributing to this horrible business when there are so many dogs to adopt in the world, I know.) An employee with a man bun came up to us and verbally assaulted us, demanding that we leave, telling us we were sending people to other stores. He clearly had no clue what he was talking about and his “manager” had such poor customer service that she couldn’t even come up to us herself and try to discuss the problem rather than embarrassing her potential customers. I feel bad for the condition that these dogs are in and they have absolute TERRIBLE customer service. They didn’t even know the prices they were selling their dogs for. Worst experience at ANY business of any kind I have EVER had.
This place is fine but they say a lot and just don’t deliver. They say you get a cleaning, training, etc but you really don’t. So though we are happy with our puppy- even though she was sick with a viral issue and cough, which we had to get fixed, just be careful. Make sure you really understand what you get with them so you know what you’re paying for. We definitely paid more for our doodle but that was because I thought we got more with this place than others but yo really don’t. Good selection of breeds new store nice enough staff but fast talkers.
