we have been a CT Pet Containment customer for about 20 years. we are on our 2nd dog using it. the company has provided us w/ excellent customer service and support throughout all of the years. just today, the box on our dog's collar was damaged, and they were able to deliver a new one to us within 2 hrs since they were going to be in the area. they have provided similar support throughout all of the years. i highly recommend this company for your electric fence needs.
We used CT Pet Containment in the past and present for our dog fence and find the company to be professional, courteous, and efficient. Kevin, the owner, got the job done on both occasions in a timely and neat manner. You could barely tell that he had installed the fence which was important to us with a newly landscaped yard. I did a lot of research on different companies before deciding to go with CT Pet Containment. Kevin is professional, honest and reliable. The system has worked great and my dog can now spend more time outdoors while I know she is safe. What I like about this system is it warns the dog prior to the 'correction'. My dog has picked up on the warnings and has not had to get corrected since the first week we had the system put in. Any questions I have had, Kevin has been responsive and great to work with.

I recently moved and needed an electric dog fence in a big hurry. Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. Went to my old residence to pick up the equipment and then installed in my new yard. His pricing is the best around. Only needed the wire to be installed and I received a quote of $699 from The Canine Company, $600 from Freedom Fence and $485 from Kevin. Not only was his pricing great, his sense of urgency and willingness to fit me in with very short notice was fantastic. Super responsive, very professional. I recommend him without reservation.
I have complete trust in Kevin and his company. Why pay for the typical "go to" Invisible Fence Co. when you can have an excellent product and excellent service for a more affordable price?
