I wasnt ware of this situation by the salesman in this store when i Made payment three days ago. so i would like to share my lesson to whom interested in buying stuffs there. Lesson No.1: once you paid the money, there is no refund or exchange. Lesson No.2: there is not a reliable warranty for your mattress or any stuffs there. But the salesman there will tell you about 5 year or 10 year warranty beforehand you made the payment, but when something really happens to your furniture. You are actually on your own. The salesman just had the attitude that it is none of his business.
This is always the first place I check with when I need furniture or bedding, and I seldom need to go anywhere else. Chris is so helpful and friendly. If he doesn't have what you want on hand he's got miles of catalogs he'll guide you through to find that perfect piece.
