i was greeted very nicely each time i entered. it was quiet each night and the quiet hours were clearly labeled at every elevator. the room was clean and nicely sized. there was no option to adjust the nice shower heads even thou it looked like i should have been able to adjust the stream/mode but it was on a decent setting. i loved the mini lotion and they have Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner/soap. i did not get a chance to try the food from the restaurant in the lobby but the options sounded delicious. there is no free Continental breakfast but the restaurant does serve breakfast/lunch/dinner. i would stay here again. the gym area was sort of small. had treadmills, a couple of ellipticals, some dumbbells, and a few medicine balls (but for the life of me i couldn't figure out where they expected people to use them). there are also plenty of places to eat that were within walking distance (anywhere from 2 to 20 minute walks)
It was nice. But the 1st floor n the elevator were super cold. And the rooms I had, had no microwave and since we were on the 4th floor it wasn't convenient to go down to the lobby to reheat or heat up any food. But the rooms were nice almost everyone was friendly only one lady who wasn't but it was ok.
Wonderful service, great rooms. Only complaint I could even conceive is that we had some trouble with the electronic lock. 5/5 would stay again.
Stayed here for work. Clean place, good service. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Can't really complain!
Booked two nights here with the rest of my team for a work project. Drove from Boston to Norwalk, arriving at midnight only to find out there were no rooms left despite having a reservation.
