The quality of the work was enough to merit a 5 star review, but the outstanding customer service I received is what really made the Jewelry Gallery stand out. Their level of thoughtful, personalized attention to detail is something you are unlikely to find anywhere else. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I'm new to the area, so when I needed to have my antique diamond ring repaired I wasn't sure where to go. Thankfully, an acquaintance recommended the Jewelry Gallery. The owner is clearly an expert at what she does- she explained how she was going to do the repair, and she asked detailed questions to make sure that the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to point out a few things for me to be aware of, such as where a wedding band had worn away at the setting over the years, and suggested I bring it by periodically for complimentary cleaning so she could check that the setting was secure. Additionally, the price I was quoted for both the repair and a formal appraisal was extremely reasonable.
