David Harvey is the best place to shop for watches, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and any other kind of jewelry. The sales person gave me just the right amount of space to feel like I was being attended to without being overwhelmed. The manager made me feel truly valued as he took some time to introduce himself and tell me a little about the store and the offerings that were not on display. In fact, I felt like the most valued costumer even though it was my first time setting foot in the store. It was a great experience and I am in love with my new watch and necklace! I would recommend David Harvey to all the people I know anytime!
All I can really say about David Harvey Jewelers is that they are fantastic! Nick is great to work with and has assisted me on several occasions with repairs and purchases. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! I took in my engagement ring because one of the prongs was a little loose and Nick was able to help me. He told me everything that they were going to do to my ring and gave it back looking shinier than ever! Definitely will go back to David Harvey's!
What a pleasant experience. Kind, considerate and accurate! I brought my grandmother's ring in to have it cleaned and appraised. A few years ago I did the same thing but in Greenwich on the avenue. The ones in Greenwich were surly, rushed and painfully greedy. It left me feeling very unhappy. I ultimately chickened out of selling it because of them. The difference between other fine jewelers and coming to David Harvey was night and day. This staff felt happy to see me, patient and caring about not just the value of my piece but the value of my feelings. I'm a customer for life.
