Best Auto spot I been too & I'm not even from Norwalk. My car broke down out there & the very next day my car was fixed. Not only did he fix what was wrong with my truck but also educated me about my vehicle. Def a great experience.
Christian is my go-to guy and has been for the last four-five years. There's really nothing he can't do so long as he has the time to do it! Christian makes it clear that he is passionate about his craft, so much so that he takes time to educate his customers rather than keep them in the dark in hopes of making them spend more money; this is unlike impersonal, large-scale repair companies who take advantage of unknowledgeable people.
Great place, extremely nice people. My windshield wipers broke on a rainy day, Chris got them fixed in no time. Will definitely be back!
PLEASE DO NOT BRING A MOTORCYCLE HERE. They pretended they knew what to do with a motorcycle. We had the motorcycle checked out by a motorcycle specialist, who double checked all the 'work' done and said that we were lucky to have him fix some things before worse things would happen. We were told the tire was fixed, however, my husband almost crashed on the highway when the entire tire came off the rims! That doesn't happen with a fixed tire.
Also, when I stopped by to voice my concern, regarding the very terrifying experience my husband had, the main guy was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL towards me. Told me we were never welcome anymore. B
This a great place...efficient, fast, good prices, amazing customer service, they tell you what is the problem straight up .. highly recommended.
He clearly understands the beauty of small business where educated repeat customers are worth far more than lesser-knowledgeable overpaying customers.
