You HAVE to do this!!! What a blast! Mike the owner is one of the most friendly and inviting business owners I've ever come across. He has a true passion that comes through from the phone call to his shop. The bikes go up to 20 MPH with a throttle control and or peddle assist. Mike took the time and suggested a great scenic route that went down towards the beaches and beautiful side streets and long Island sound. We went out for a couple hours and must have covered an easy 10 miles. Highly recommended. I want one of these bikes!!
This was one of the best experiences Iv had in a long time, mike is very friendly and accommodating, this is an absolute must do while in Norwalk!

I was in town for a couple days without a rental car but still wanted to explore the area, which these e-bikes are absolutely perfect for. I ended up riding about 35 miles with varying degrees of electric assist (sometimes just throttling it up the hills ) and still had plenty of battery life left at the end. The bike was in absolutely perfect working order and Mike and Jen supplied everything I needed to ride as well just being super nice people. Hopefully I'll be back soon!
I have rented a couple different bikes from the Pedego dealer in SONO and had such a great experience. The bikes were so much fun to ride around town, but beyond that the owner Mike was extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend going to the Pedego SONO shop for any and all biking needs.
