I will NEVER go back there again.

I have been a client of Banfield Hospital Norwalk for almost six years. This place has never had good reviews but I found one of their doctors to be very caring and gave my dog really good medical care. After she left (about 2 yrs ago), I have struggled to find a competent doctor. One doctor in particular has the bedside manner of a fly. Still I kept trying.

Surprised with all of the bad reviews. My dog is on the Wellness Plan here, and we are constantly floored at how much money we save because of it. The vet techs all love Bruiser and dote on him, which we are so appreciative for! All of the doctors are knowledgeable and helped bring him to wellness. Denise is one of the nicest receptionists and we are always glad to see her at the front desk. My only complaint with this location is that they are sometimes very busy, but otherwise we are very happy customers! To the staff, Bruiser the chihuahua sends his love!

Great place to go. Service is excellent!

Don't go there if you love your pet. the people there are very badly educated, they do not know how to make an appointment and they don't know how to spell the clients' names, they confuse us on the phone and they're really stupid. Very stupid people.

Polite but clueless. Everybody there is like 17 years old. Had no idea they had treated my cat for the same thing in 2013. I had to tell them to go look at their records. They suggested x-rays, $500, blood work, $300, and some other things for a total of over $1,000 when all he needed was an injection to calm his stomach. I told the vet that he had been vomiting all day and she never even mentioned possible dehydration. Got him home, he drank water for 2 days, rested and started eating again today. Totally back to normal. Find a real vet if you care about your animals. Chewy's got better prices and free delivery on pet food and supplies.

I have their Optimum Wellness Plan that includes dental cleaning. When scheduling his dental cleaning, I take the opportunity to also schedule to have any cysts removed. By doing this, he is only under anesthesia once, he only need to have bloodwork done once and the plan includes the cost of the anesthesia and bloodwork. I only have to pay the surgery for removing any cyst(s). He has had his teeth cleaned every year since he was one. He is six now. He has had 2 cysts removed which consists of a punch hole and 1-2 stitches at the cost of $110 -$150. 2 weeks ago, I furiously walked out after checking him in for surgery because they quoted me a $412 charge for removing his tiny cyst. Get this... they charged me for a sterile sheet and sterile gloves.

My dog is a small maltipoo and he is cystic. Nothing serious, just benign subacious cysts.

Thank you I'll never forget that.

Onced called 30 mins before they were closing they rushed me in for x-rays and last minute check in.
