I've been going to Nagoya for years. It was honestly my favorite place to go, especially for sushi. That was until yesterday. Promoting their sushi all the time, I decided to take a friend there who had never been to Nagoya before. I ordered eel avocado while she ordered the rainbow roll. Two completely different rolls, but today, they had one thing in common. Both rolls had large, and sharp, pieces of glass inside of them. My friend noticed it in time, however, I didn't, until it had already cut in the inside of my mouth.

Very high quality and very pricey

Never ordering from here again. They treat you like garbage and charge you for things you never ordered. Service is terrible. The food itself though, is not bad. However, I'd tell you to go elsewhere. It's not worth it.

Second if your drive has a problem with how far he has to deliver then maybe you should re consider your delivery option. YOU CHOOSE to deliver so WHY is it a problem especially since it was an 80 dollar order. You can thank your driver we will not be returning we would be more than happy to take our service else where and find better customer service.

I had just about the worst experience this weekend with delivery from Nagoya. Not only did the delivery take almost an hour longer than I was told, but when it arrived, there were no chop sticks, soy sauce or condiments of any kind. I ordered for a group so there were 3 entrees, an appetizer, and 3 sushi rolls. All the rolls were warm and smelled. We ended up throwing them all away!

Obviously, we brought this up with them. Not only did we give them ample chances to explain (and even if they'd simply apologized for their mistake and replaced our dishes we would have accepted it.) But instead, we received absolutely nothing. At first, they tried to ignore us, hoping my other friend (there were 3 of us there) would finish his food so they could charge him. They even tried to charge us for the food with glass in it! We had to go up to them for an explanation for why there was glass in our food (they argued it was not in fact glass but sharp plastic in the rolls, even though that doesn't make it any better), deny to pay, and on top of everything, they never even apologized for any of this! This is the worst service I've ever received in my life. I will never be going back to Nagoya, and I'll make sure none of the costomers I've brought them will ever go back either.

First I will start by saying our office has gone here a few times there food is usually good. This past time the food was horrible. 4 of my coworkers ordered the same thing and also agreed it wasn't good.
