Michael was of great help in helping me recover from an ankle sprain. Unfortunately, the administration of this facility really lets the therapists down. I would never go back there again. Pending insurance approval, they insisted I pay in full upfront for the sessions (fair enough), but now, ONE YEAR LATER, they still haven't reimbursed me. The insurance company paid promptly and I've had a credit balance ever since. How do they keep a patient's money for so long? When I call the Norwalk location, I'm told I have to call the billing office in NYC, and the person responsible is conveniently not there. How unethical. I would never go back.
