Service is always horrible. I have had more than 1 instance where my order is delivered incorrectly. Wrong pizza toppings. Always forgets the dipping sauce’s I order. And food is always cold. It’s my fault for re ordering, But it’s so convenient to where I live. But after last time I will not be ordering from this location again. The people who work at this location are rude, and you can’t even understand what their saying half the time. I’ve noticed plenty of bad reviews... something needs to be done to change this location and make it better.
I ordered two pizzas and after an hour and a half of waiting for my delivery I called the store and got put on hold three times different times and nobody could tell me where the driver was. Finally I had enough and went to the store and still nobody knew where my order was and decided to make a new order. I waited for that order and then they were going to charge me for that order and in the meantime the delivery guy brought back the original order. And when I asked why the original order wasn’t delivered nobody knew. Horrible customer service and although they are convenient and cheap there are so many other pizza places that are worth my time and money
Very bad service all the time. Do not order at night they do anything it seems like. Sometime you get it fresh, but most times it comes when ever and however.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Waiting over an hour and a half for food, ontop of that i had someone else place my order for me, a medium 2 topping pizza and 8 piece boneless chicken. PROMOTION EACH 5.99. but wait, i was charged 26$, BECAUSE they didnt "mention" the promo. ITS CLEARLY ADVERVISED I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO MENTION IT. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IS HORRIBLE!!! SERVICE HORRIBLE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS EVER AGAIN
I called and the guy put me on hold 5 times, also it took almost 2 hours to deliver the pizza. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
