if you cant, you end up leaving a bad review because you cant do either.
They advertise $2 parking with multiple signs outside the garage but then charge considerably more.
The whole parking system in Norwalk needs to be changed. All they do is charge a lot for parking ($12 a day), put you in useless and long waiting lists and put tickets. I am actually upset with this situation. I got back from school on a Tuesday night at around 12 at night to find my car booted. Apparently I didn't pay 2 tickets last year, which is impossible because every single time I get a ticket I sit in my car and pay it online before I drive off. Most likely the ticket flew off and I never new about them and still my car got booted. Least they can do is figure out a better way to deliver tickets so this doesn't happen again, maybe send it thru the app or call the person.
if you, can read the signs, can do basic math, its a great place to park.
One exception is Annie, very helpful yesterday in looking up my ticket and explaining information to me.
Terrible. They put tickets on your windshield asking for money
The service at the parking authority is mostly mediocre. The employees act like they are doing you some kind of favor to help you. Case in point today was Georgia who wouldn't take the time to find out if my tickets had been processed as paid (dropped the checks off before work) but rather put me through to someone else's voicemail.
