The staff speaks loudly among themselves, kids are running and screaming, and people are freely talking on cell phones.. I've always expected libraries to be a peaceful place to read, research, or browse in relative silence. The Rowayton library is not one of these places.
This library has a great selection of books, magazines and movies, but the staff is generally rude, and it is VERY noisy.
