Didn't have a problem for over 2 years. Then all of a sudden my husbands 3 fairly new shirts started ripping in the last 2 weeks. Overall in the last month 5 shirts got destroyed. have asked whether they stared using new chemicals. Of course they said they were innocent and the shirts are old. Well... no reimbursement- no apology- I'll no recommend going there.
I've used many cleaners over the years, but this one is the WORST. They tried to charged me for dry cleaning when I requested laundry, they ruined several articles of clothing and they lost a set of sheets (with the exception of 1 pillowcase.) When I asked to be reimbursed for the sheets, they said it was impossible that they lost them and accused me of lying about it.
Needless to say, I will never give them my business and encourage anyone else to do the same.
