Hair Genies are amazing! After coming back from vacation we noticed the kids were scratching their heads a lot, only to find out we all had lice. Panicked I called the Hair Genies first thing on a Sunday morning and they got us in early that afternoon. They were so kind and patient with my 2 year old and eased my anxiety over the whole pocess. I highly recommend Hair Genies!
is because of the cost, which was over $800. i personally find this exorbitant although to be fair i did include shampoo conditioner & home spray. even so i wasnt quite expecting such a high bill!! or a pre-programmed 18 percent tip on my charge. a bit cheeky!!!
Great staff and owners!..they are super friendly!..after a nightmare situation feeling embarrassed..the staff at hair genies made us feel comfortable and at ease. They did a follow up visit to make sure there were no further issues. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for fast friendly and efficient service

When I got the call from the school nurse that my daughter had lice - I went into a full on panic! I had no idea what to do. A friend told me Hair Genies was absolutely where I should go. She was right!! The moment we walked in and spoke to the owners (who are also moms of young children!) I knew I was in the right place! Professional, honest, impeccably clean, so friendly, helpful, and calming - it's exactly what I needed! As yucky as lice seems to me - the meticulous environment felt just the opposite. The staff got rid of our lice in one visit and taught me simply how to handle our home. It's the only place I would go (if anyone in my family gets it again) - highly recommend!!!

I cannot thank the owners and staff enough for taking care of my family. One of the owners even answered the phone on the 4th of July while I thought that I would have to leave a 1/2 crazy message on voicemail because I was just shocked that the kids even had the critters. I was calmed down immediately and very grateful that they accommodated me with my time constraints the very next day. These ladies are dedicated to their business and do a phenomenal job!!
