Needless to say all the arrangements made it to my wife's home except the most important arrangement of all, the wedding day arrangement (I even called to confirm the night before). When I called Sarah's the next day to find out what had happened, I received a very weak apology, the only thing said to me was the arrangement was delivered to the wrong house and that "mistakes happen". They then told me in order to speak with a manager I would have to be at the store at 7 am the following morning, (the same day we were leaving for our honeymoon). I went to Sarah's the next day and met with the manager who to my surprise was even less apologetic. He finally agreed to credit my account and to also send a complimentary "make-up" arrangement to my in-laws to compensate for their error.

The topper is that instead of crediting my account for the arrangement that was never received they charged me a second time. So, I finally got fed up and called my credit card company and am now dealing with them.

I recently got married, June 1 to be exact. Being from out of town, I found Sarah's flowers on the internet. I had planned to have them deliver an arrangement of flowers to my bride-to-be every day for four days up to the wedding day (a sort of count down to the big day). As you can imagine this was not an inexpensive idea.

So...after we got back from our honeymoon, I checked my credit card account and saw that no credit was ever made to my account. I called again and received a very weak excuse (they supposedly lost my credit card number) and, no arrangement was ever sent to my in-laws. They assured me that they would immediately take care of it.

This is by far the most unprofessional business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. So, if you do happen to order flowers from Sarah's flowers...good luck!

I went to get ice cream at Sarah's. A small ice cream was very expensive, and the cone was real stale. The ice cream itself was good, but the cone made me want to throw up.
