This place is the worst. Unresponsive to patient needs, ignores Rx refill requests, admin staff is a total joke. Find another sleep center.
I am extremely disappointed in how they can charge this much to talk to someone. Ask the costs before you go.
It has been a week since I brought back the belt and have not yet had a phone call to find out the results.
Beware that the 15 minute consultation will cost you or your insurance company over $500.00. I have no idea what the cost will be for the belt I wore to sleep at my house. I am afraid to find out.
