Worst car rental location. Avoid!!!
Car was not clean, office was a mess, agents were pleasant but not customer service focused. If I had a good choice I would go elsewhere.
Never seen a hertz car rental agency do that.

I tried to rent a car from Hertz to drive to my sister's wedding in washington DC drop it off there and drive her car back, I received an email confirmation telling me that everything was good and that 127.23 would be due at the counter upon pickup... Well they pick me up to take me to pick up the car (late mind you) and when I get there they tell me no, we need to charge/hold $380 to your card before you can take the car which was never communicated to me (i only have a limit of 300 on my credit card). After begging with them to take a debit card they basically sent me packing the day I was supposed to drive down to the wedding. But that's not all... I was able to rent a car from Budget (awesome company) and make the wedding. The next weekend I was watching tv when i get a call from my credit card company telling me i am over the limit, I check my account and there is a $150 charge from Hertz!!! This put me over the limit on my card and caused me to incur a fee. When i called customer service to resolve they told me this was a fee for canceling/not picking up my car!!! Ridiculous! The only upside of this situation is that the guy from customer service didn't fight me when I asked to be refunded. If you are a debit card user like me go to Budget, they will take good care of you.
I was assigned a car, completed the car walk through with the agent, verified and signed the papers, sat in the car. When I was about to drive the car, the agent opens the door, yanks the rental agreement and runs off.
They do all the work. You just Pickup and Drive.
