I used to come here at least once a day for well over a year but after I moved and wasn't as close and the sandwiches became less and less memorable - I now have not been here in over a year
I’ve always had a good experience every time I visit this Panera Bread Location. Front and back end staff are efficient and friendly. Location is nice and clean. Food was tasty and all the salad ingredients tasted fresh. Prices are affordable too. Will be back!
I had a problem with an order and went online to talk to someone outside this location. Apparently, Panera is not interested in resolving issues.
(btw... I went to Panera's website to see if I can make contact with someone from customer care and all they were interested in on their website was dealing with orders, and for telling me where new locations are going to pop up
I was asked by a relative if I wanted to get a gift card here for Christmas because I used to come here quite a bit and I said yes. I now have to talk to them and tell them not to give me the Panera gift card. I would just rather go someplace I can count on, like Boston Market

Food is great! But service is under bar. Very RUDE cashier who does not care about her job and mess up my order twice out of my 3 visits! Need better management.
We went 7 miles out of our way to get coffee on a road trip. It was 11:30 on a Saturday morning. This time we checked to pot before we paid for coffee. The time on the coffee pot was 10 something. The pot was empty. We told an employee who just went about his business. We used the facilities and the empty pot was still there when we were done so we went to 7-eleven. They had coffee made so we could get back on the road! We killed more than a 1/2hour not getting the product we wanted. There should be a system in place to make sure the pots are always full! We will only stop at 6-7am that seems to be the only time I'm sure to get a cup of coffee!
Always come here for lunch since I am mobile and around Norwalk often. I always notice Anthony is a very kind, caring and personable individual. Watching the way he interacts with people and how genuinely friendly he is should put a smile on anyone's face. There should be more people out there like him.
